This document provides frequently asked questions about the CSS application used by the Collections department.   Why is a remote user unable to connect to CSS?  ANSWER:  The Issue related to DNS zone problem resulting in multiple smtp error messages and DNS errors.      Why is the CSS Server not responding?  ANSWER:  Changes made to our internet circuit at HQ and the CSS app must have been cached with the old IP info.     Why did I receive an error message that the CSS icon shortcut cannot be accessed?  ANSWER:  CSS SW version updates needed.          [...]
