Store Workstation FAQ 

 Introduction: 

  1. Every Daniels Retail Store has a minimum of 2 Store Workstations installed.
  2. The maximum is 3 Store Workstations per store.
  3. These Workstations also called as PC (personal computer), Desktop, POS (Point of Sales)

Question: Where/How to locate Workstation/PC/Desktop/POS in the store?

Answer: ALL the Store Workstations are installed at the Front Counter of the store.

Question: What are the other IT equipment connected to these Workstation/PC/Desktop/POS in the store? 

Answer: Explain where the promo code field is located and include a screenshot. You will notice clearly that every Store Workstation/PC/Desktop/POS will have a Keyboard/Mouse and a Main Computer Monitor connected to it at least. Apart from that, you will also notice a Customer Facing Display, shift 4 Pin Pad will be also connected to each one of these workstations as well.
