Store Portal Functions FAQ  This document provides answers to frequently asked questions about the store portal functionality.  Question:  My customer has a Synchrony account but when I search the portal doesn’t show it.  Answer:  Your customer application may have been submitted outside of the store portal so you need to do a Synchrony lookup in the store portal or the payment portal.     Question: Why do I have to select to Stay In & Continue OR Logout & Continue   Answer: This is a security feature.

Store Workstation Monitor FAQ   Introduction:  Every Daniels Retail Store has a minimum of 2 Store Workstation Monitors installed. The maximum is 3 Store Workstations Monitors per store. Every Store Workstation PC (personal computer), Desktop, POS (Point of Sales) will have A MONITOR directly connected to it.
