Answer: 

  1. Open the Zoom Invitation
  2. Locate the Zoom meeting invitation in your email or calendar. 
  3. Click on the meeting link provided. 

 

Launch Zoom: 

  1. If prompted, click “Open Zoom” to launch the Zoom application. 
  2. If you don’t have Zoom installed, you can join directly through your web browser by clicking “Join from your browser.” 

 

Enter Your Name: 

  1. If required, type your name and click “Join.” 
  2. You may also be asked to enter a meeting ID or passcode, which can be found in the invitation. 

 

Join the Meeting: 

  1. Once connected, you will enter the meeting room. 
  2. You can choose to enable or disable your camera and microphone before joining.

  1. Open the Zoom App:
