Store Portal Functions FAQ 

This document provides answers to frequently asked questions about the store portal functionality. 

Question:  My customer has a Synchrony account but when I search the portal doesn’t show it. 

Answer:  Your customer application may have been submitted outside of the store portal so you need to do a Synchrony lookup in the store portal or the payment portal.   

 Question: Why do I have to select to Stay In & Continue OR Logout & Continue  

Answer: This is a security feature.
